What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong customer relationships by providing high-quality interactions, proactively managing accounts, and resolving issues to ensure consistent satisfaction.
• Rental Operations Coordination: Partner with the rental department to strategically manage fleet utilization, maximizing efficiency without compromising commitments to lease customers.
• Sales and Growth Collaboration: Engage with the B2B Sales team on customer calls, contributing to new business acquisition and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
• Financial Performance Monitoring: Manage and optimize running costs and maintenance overheads, diligently ensuring adherence to company policies and processes for cost savings.
• Maintenance Process Oversight: Ensure the accurate scheduling of preventive maintenance, effectively manage vehicle breakdowns, and oversee technician work planning for efficiency and ongoing development.
