• Mission: Ensure efficient and accurate product handling from receiving to shipping to support customer orders.
• Tech Stack: UPS, USPS, LTL shipping systems, RF (Radio Frequency) scan
What You’ll Actually Do
• Receiving: Receive materials from various sources into the Distribution Center, meticulously checking for correct quantity, condition, and proper packaging.
• Stock Management: Accurately place incoming stock into assigned locations and precisely label products according to client instructions for inventory management.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull orders from designated stock locations, double-checking items and achieving a 100% RF scan rate for all picked items.
• Shipping: Pack, package, and label outgoing shipments, preparing them for induction into UPS, USPS, and LTL carriers while adhering to customer requirements.
• Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by regularly cleaning and properly disposing of trash, and safely operating materials handling equipment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, with a career level reflecting two years of dedicated warehouse experience.
• Experience: Two years of dedicated warehouse experience required, with prior experience in small item receiving, order selecting, and shipping.
• Skills: Excellent computer skills including proven experience with UPS, USPS, and LTL shipping systems, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the physical stamina to be on feet for an eight-hour shift.
