This is a 2026 Undergrad Research & Development Summer Internship at Reckitt, located in Montvale, NJ. What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Innovation: Take customer insights and translate them into the development of new products for leading consumer brands.
• Brand Enhancement: Actively work on enhancing existing brands through focused research and development efforts.
• Technology Application: Identify and implement original applications for existing technologies to drive product improvement and innovation.
• Project Ownership: Manage research and development projects autonomously from their inception, gaining complete involvement and responsibility from day one.
• Practical Learning: Engage in a ‘learning through doing’ approach within a lab-based environment, supported fully by our experienced team members, over a 10-week in-person program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: You must be currently enrolled in a university as an undergraduate student, pursuing a degree in a core scientific field such as Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related Science discipline, demonstrating a strong academic background.
• Experience: Possess a foundational understanding of the product development process, enabling immediate contribution to projects.
• Skills: Exhibit a curious nature and strong original thinking capabilities, coupled with being an action-oriented, pragmatic problem-solver who is ambitious, motivated, and eager to take on significant responsibility within an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
