What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Workflows: Audit current training and learning workflows, performing a thorough review to identify strategic opportunities for automation and efficiency gains specifically through AI integration.
• Accelerate Content Lifecycle: Utilize advanced AI tools to accelerate the entire lifecycle of learning content, encompassing initial course design, microlearning development, and efficient ongoing content updates.
• Design Intelligent Repositories: Design and build intelligent knowledge repositories and highly searchable learning libraries, ensuring all employees have easy and efficient access to critical organizational information.
• Automate Engagement: Automate training communications and reminder workflows to proactively improve learner engagement and ensure timely completion of all established learning objectives.
• Develop Prompt Libraries: Develop comprehensive prompt libraries that are precisely tailored for instructional design purposes, thereby optimizing the efficiency and consistency of AI-generated learning materials.
