As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring our policyholders receive tailored insurance solutions. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn the intricacies of the insurance industry and apply that knowledge to help clients protect what matters most to them. Responsibilities

  • Client Needs Assessment: Collaborate closely with new, existing, and prospective clients to understand their evolving insurance needs and stage-of-life priorities. Develop comprehensive insurance risk management and other profiles to recommend the most suitable policies.
  • Sales and Relationship Management: Present customized insurance plan options, explaining benefits and features clearly. Maintain a strong portfolio of current clients while actively seeking to expand our client base.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Implement diverse marketing strategies, including but not limited to cold calling and networking, to connect with potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Take ownership of maintaining accurate records for all necessary bookkeeping, client interactions, and sales reports. Track and communicate the status of assigned goals to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay continuously updated on insurance industry changes, market trends, and new products that may impact customers within your portfolio, ensuring you can provide informed advice.
