What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Selection: Safely and accurately select cases of food service items within a distribution center.
• Equipment Operation: Utilize state-of-the-art voice technology and an electric tugger for efficient order fulfillment.
• Environmental Adaptability: Perform selection duties within a freezer environment, with temperatures ranging from 0-10 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Productivity Maintenance: Maintain a consistent and fast work pace to meet order selection targets.
• Quality Assurance: Consistently uphold high standards of quality and accuracy in all selected orders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional interested in warehouse operations.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; previous hands-on experience in roles such as warehouse worker, manufacturing, or general labor is considered a plus.
• Skills: Possess a valid state-issued ID or driver’s license; ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Bonus: Experience as a warehouse worker, warehouse associate, package handler, order selector, manufacturing, factory worker, construction, general labor, laborer, landscaping, shipping and receiving, or material handler.
