Job Description
About the Company
At PMI, we’ve embarked on a monumental transformation, dedicated to building a future centered on delivering a smoke-free future. This commitment drives revolutionary change across our business, creating immense opportunities for innovation and career growth. We empower our employees to dream big, deliver innovative solutions, and advance their careers in diverse directions.
Our success is fueled by individuals committed to our purpose and passionate about progress. Headquartered in Stamford, CT, PMI’s U.S. affiliates boast over 2,300 employees. PMI has been an entirely separate entity from Altria and Philip Morris USA since 2008. Following the acquisition of Swedish Match in late 2022, PMI’s affiliates entered the U.S. market, focusing on smoke-free alternatives.
Since 2008, PMI has invested $12.5 billion globally in developing, scientifically substantiating, and commercializing innovative smoke-free products for adults who would otherwise continue to smoke. Our goal is to transition legal-age consumers to better alternatives. Key brands include IQOS and ZYN. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has authorized versions of PMI’s IQOS electronically heated tobacco devices and Swedish Match’s General snus as Modified Risk Tobacco Products, with renewal applications currently pending.
