What You’ll Actually Do
• Event Logistics: Provide essential hands-on support for the comprehensive setup, ongoing coordination, and efficient breakdown phases of various events, ensuring all physical and operational elements are in place.
• Public Interaction: Actively engage with a diverse public audience, confidently sharing pertinent information, thoughtfully answering their questions, and offering practical assistance to enhance their overall event experience.
• Participation & Atmosphere: Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive event atmosphere that actively encourages participation from all attendees, helping to create a vibrant and enjoyable environment.
• Resource Management: Systematically distribute necessary materials, informational brochures, and resources to attendees, ensuring they have access to relevant information and items.
• Team Support & Metrics: Work collaboratively within the event team, providing support to other members to meet event goals, and accurately track basic attendance and engagement metrics for reporting.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position open to candidates embarking on their professional journey, with a minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Experience: No prior professional experience in event management, coordination, or related fields is necessary; full and comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to be outgoing and friendly when interacting with diverse groups of people.
