What You’ll Actually Do
• System Integration Support: You will provide essential support for the integration of Communication Navigation Identification (CNI) systems, ensuring components work together seamlessly.
• Verification and Testing: You will contribute to lab and Flight Test verification processes for various system capabilities, validating performance and compliance.
• Hardware Certification: You will assist in the certification of diverse hardware components, ensuring they meet stringent industry and regulatory standards.
• On-Site Problem Solving: You will travel as needed to support on-site troubleshooting efforts and participate in integration events, resolving issues in real-world environments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is specifically tailored for an early career professional. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a closely related technical field, providing a foundational academic understanding essential for the position.
• Experience: A core requirement is the demonstrated ability to understand complex electronics concepts and apply them effectively in practical engineering scenarios. Proficiency in widely used tools such as Microsoft Office applications is also necessary for daily tasks and communication. Furthermore, due to the nature of the work, which requires a government security clearance and access to special facilities, candidates must be a US Citizen.
• Skills: Essential skills include strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, which are crucial for diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Effective oral and written communication skills are required for clear reporting and collaborative discussions. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are vital for working successfully within diverse project teams.
