What You’ll Actually Do
• Network Development: Facilitate the creation and maintenance of assembly precedence networks.
• Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Problem Resolution: Support root cause analysis and corrective action for manufacturing issues.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with operations management to remove roadblocks and prioritize work.
• Technical Communication: Present project updates and technical decisions to program leadership and stakeholders using varied communication styles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or directly related non-US equivalent qualifications.
• Experience: Practical experience in Industrial Engineering, leading through influence, and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ability to use a systems-thinking approach for problem-solving, willingness to work 2nd shift (split shift), weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate, and must be a “U.S. Person” for export control compliance.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s Degree specifically in Industrial Engineering, demonstrated knowledge and use of Industrial Engineering tools such as project management, production systems, flow and capacity analysis, manufacturing methods, statistical analysis, lean manufacturing, and experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
