What You’ll Actually Do
• Teach: Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom setting.
• Deliver: Deliver high-energy lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide: Provide constructive feedback and help students build confidence in their English skills.
• Participate: Take part in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree in any subject. This role is suitable for recent graduates, those exploring a career change, or ESL/TEFL-certified teachers.
• Experience: A valid passport and a clean background check are required. No prior teaching experience is necessary as comprehensive induction training is provided.
• Skills: A genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Bonus: ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; English 1 can sponsor the certificate.
