Job Overview

As a Fashion Team Associate, you will be an integral part of the Walmart Supercenter team, contributing to the vibrant and dynamic environment of the fashion department. Specific responsibilities for this role typically include:

• Assisting customers with their fashion needs, providing excellent service and product knowledge.
• Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the fashion department.
• Stocking merchandise, processing new arrivals, and ensuring proper display.
• Operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately.
• Supporting fitting room operations and maintaining a tidy area.
• Assisting with inventory management and loss prevention efforts.
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $15 – $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional Compensation:
  • Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
  • Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances. These premiums can be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
