What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Outreach: Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through cold calling and direct outreach.
• Territory Management: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand the customer base within assigned territories.
• Service Demonstrations: Conduct service demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, upselling solutions that meet client needs.
• Lead Generation: Support lead generation efforts using CRM software to track prospects and manage follow-up activities.
• Business Development: Collaborate with management on business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional, currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program, with a strong interest in sales, marketing, or management.
• Experience: Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, B2B transactions, and understanding sales cycles.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building abilities; familiarity with CRM software; strong analytical skills to interpret conversations and guide clients through the sales process.
• Bonus: Prior experience in retail sales, cold calling, or account management is a plus.
