Kaizen Summer Sales Intern | Kaizen Marketing

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through cold calling and direct outreach.
• Territory Development: Assist in managing territory sales by analyzing market trends and developing strategies to expand the customer base.
• Solution Presentation: Conduct service demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, upselling solutions that meet client needs.
• Lead Management: Support lead generation efforts using CRM software to track prospects and manage follow-up activities.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with management on business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program with a strong interest in sales, marketing, or management.
• Experience: Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, B2B transactions, and understanding sales cycles. Familiarity with CRM software.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients. Strong analytical skills to interpret conversations and understand which path to take clients down. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bonus: Prior experience in retail sales, cold calling, or account management.
