What You’ll Actually Do
• Supervision: Provide daily oversight of camp participants, ensuring their safety and compliance with University standards.
• Administrative: Assist with the setup and organization of program materials, accurately tracking student attendance, participation, and feedback.
• Leadership: Lead small-group activities, expertly facilitating discussions and workshops, and actively encouraging student enthusiasm and engagement.
• Mentorship: Serve as a positive role model, offering valuable guidance on academic and pre-medical professional development to program participants.
• Facilitation: Assist in arranging and participating in experiential learning opportunities, fostering a supportive environment for students to ask questions and receive advice.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Three years of relevant experience; preferred experience includes leadership, mentorship, or educational support roles.
• Skills: Possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse students and staff.
• Bonus: Be a current MD student or have a strong interest in medicine, pre-medical studies, or related health professions.
