Key Responsibilities

• Station Management: Meticulously check and maintain the proper set-up, cleanliness, and organization of your assigned station before, during, and after each shift, ensuring a pristine environment for guests.
• Guest Engagement: Warmly greet all guests with a friendly and courteous manner. Proactively explain any daily specials, promotional offers, and menu highlights to enhance guest awareness and choices.
• Service Excellence: Continuously monitor and ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the entire ordering and dining process, anticipating needs and addressing concerns promptly to ensure a delightful experience.
• Compliance & Responsible Service: Strictly abide by all state and federal regulations, as well as restaurant liquor policies, particularly concerning the responsible service of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.

Requirements

• Certification: Possession of a valid Food Worker Card is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of previous serving experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, to interact clearly with guests and team members.
• Professionalism: Must exhibit a consistently courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout your shift in a fast-paced environment.
