What You’ll Actually Do
• Personal Care: Support clients with daily living activities, including sensitive assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Emotional Support: Engage clients in meaningful conversations, activities, and hobbies, providing a reassuring presence and emotional encouragement to foster a positive atmosphere.
• Health Monitoring: Diligently observe and document changes in clients’ physical, mental, or emotional health, reporting any significant observations or concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Care Plan Adherence: Meticulously follow individualized care plans and uphold strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and manage risks, ensuring consistent, professional care.
• Environment Maintenance: Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying living areas, making beds, and light laundry, to ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe home environment.

• Background: No specific educational background is required; comprehensive training is provided to equip individuals with necessary skills.
• Experience: No prior experience in a caregiving role is required or expected.
• Skills: A genuine desire to care for others with empathy and patience, the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully, a strong sense of reliability and punctuality, and an optimistic, encouraging demeanor.
