What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Ensure Mobility and Safety: Support clients with mobility transfers, ambulation, and ensure their safety and comfort at all times.
• Manage Medication Reminders: Assist with medication reminders to ensure clients adhere to their prescribed schedules.
• Monitor Well-being: Continuously observe clients’ physical and emotional well-being, accurately reporting any changes or concerns to the team.
• Maintain Environment: Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Prepare Meals: Assist with meal preparation, ensuring nutritious and enjoyable meals tailored to client preferences and dietary needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A strong desire to learn and help, valuing compassionate service and dedication.
• Experience: Preferred, but not always required, prior experience in caregiving or a related field.
