This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role located in Miami, FL. We are seeking an individual to be the central part of our bar experience, crafting exceptional beverages and creating memorable moments for our guests. What You’ll Actually Do
• Crafting Drinks: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Guest Service: Greet patrons, engage with them professionally, take accurate orders, and anticipate needs to deliver a personalized experience.
• Bar Operations: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including stocking, conducting counts, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
• Financial Transactions: Accurately process customer payments, handle cash, credit card, and other transactions, and manage the till efficiently.
• Workspace Maintenance: Ensure the bar area, glassware, and equipment are consistently clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Florida with a strong commitment to responsible alcohol service practices and all applicable laws and regulations. The role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25-50 lbs, and move quickly and efficiently behind the bar.
• Experience: Minimum of [X years] of recent experience as a Bartender in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is required.
• Skills: Exceptional customer service with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences, including the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and communicate clearly. Strong mixology expertise encompasses knowledge of classic cocktail recipes, modern trends, and a comprehensive understanding of various spirits, wines, and beers. Proficiency in cash handling, managing cash registers, and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately. Demonstrated ability to thrive and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume, high-pressure environment while effectively multitasking. Meticulous attention to detail in drink preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and accuracy in orders and transactions.
