Junior Account Executive | Lyssé New York
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Lyssé New York, focusing on the Northeastern territory with extensive travel required. • Pay: $55000–$70000 yearly
• Team: Reports to and partners with the Territory Director.
• Mission: Support wholesale growth and account management efforts to expand Lyssé New York’s presence in the Northeastern territory.
• Tech Stack: Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate, nurture, and sustain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the Territory Director to assess shipments, analyze orders, and optimize merchandising strategies.
• New Business Development: Acquire new clients, organize impactful events, and initiate strategic outreach to enhance brand visibility.
• Market Activities Leadership: Lead sales initiatives by scheduling, managing, and executing market activities within the showroom to drive business growth.
• Market Expansion & Travel: Develop and execute strategic road travel plans to explore new business opportunities and visit potential new account locations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field, with knowledge of the fashion wholesale sector.
• Experience: Familiarity with managing and nurturing client relationships, including effective key account management techniques, and demonstrated knowledge of the Northeastern regional market.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting, strong organizational abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and analytical skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong sense of style.
