We are a sales-based team looking for sharp, creative individuals comfortable engaging with customers and decision-makers in your assigned territory to generate sales. As an ambassador for world-famous brands, you will ensure products are available for consumers at retail locations by fulfilling merchandising needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Building impactful displays and end caps.
• Resetting shelves with product rotation and plan-o-gram adjustments.
• Tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Increasing sales volume through promotional activity, selling, and suggesting/completing orders for new and out-of-stock items.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Is 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Has reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Is a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Can work independently while also possessing successful team-building skills.
• Has the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
