What You’ll Actually Do
• Installation Support: Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems, specifically coatings and scraping, not garage door installation.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret design drawings to accurately match parts to proper assemblies during installation projects.
• Material Handling: Safely handle and transport materials, both indoors and outdoors, under various weather conditions.
• Quality Assurance: Perform surface detailing and ensure that every completed project meets Renuity Garage’s high-quality standards.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with both customers and team members throughout the installation process.

• Background: An early career professional who takes immense pride in hands-on work and craftsmanship, and is deeply eager to learn and advance their career in professional installation. This role is ideal for individuals committed to intensive classroom and hands-on training, with a clear aspiration to progress to a full Installer role and beyond within the company.
• Experience: Requires a valid driver’s license and demonstrated experience with basic hand tools and a variety of different hardware types, indicating a foundational understanding of practical assembly and installation tasks.
• Skills: Essential skills include the ability to accurately read and interpret technical design drawings, strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy to the millimeter in all work, an organized, systematic, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, professional communication skills paired with a strong customer service mindset, and the physical ability to safely lift and carry products into customer workspaces.
• Bonus: This position is ideal for individuals who genuinely enjoy problem-solving and working collaboratively in a team environment, are adept at balancing professional demands with personal commitments, and are prepared to adapt to critical business needs, including working at least two weekends per month and performing tasks in various indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
