What You’ll Actually Do
• Task Execution: Perform a variety of tasks under direct or general supervision, applying limited independent judgment.
• Reporting: Research, compile, and prepare routine or ad-hoc reports for departmental use.
• Record Management: Research and maintain essential records, files, and logs accurately.
• Communication: Initiate and maintain contact with customers, vendors, or contractors, responding to and resolving routine inquiries.
• Event Coordination: Organize meetings and other venues, arranging for logistical needs such as setup, handouts, speakers, and cleanup.
• Project Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and management of various programs or projects.

• Background: Currently enrolled undergraduate student in good academic standing, seeking a four-year degree.
• Experience: Completion of freshman year or higher at a college or university offering a four-year degree.
