Relationship Banker | Arvest

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Arvest, located in the Little Rock Metro area, requiring flexibility to float between various branches. The Relationship Banker is key to developing and strengthening customer relationships by offering appropriate financial solutions and providing expert advice.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Flexibility required Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with rotating Saturdays 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.
• Location: Little Rock, AR (On-site)
• Pay: $20–$24.95 hourly
• Mission: Develop new and strengthen existing customer relationships by offering appropriate financial products and services to meet their needs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Contribution: Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach with new and existing customers, following the CFB Retail Sales Playbook.
• Relationship Building: Identify customer financial needs through discovery conversations, offer appropriate solutions, make referrals, and proactively generate sales via outbound calls.
• Loan Facilitation: Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans, accept applications, and facilitate loan closings in collaboration with the centralized underwriting department.
• Customer Service: Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service by promptly acknowledging, greeting, and assisting customers, and following established processes for complaint resolution.
• Account Management: Open and process various deposit accounts, assist customers with questions, concerns, deposit risk management, and day-to-day banking business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. This is a leveled entry-level financial services position with defined advancement opportunities.
• Experience: Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or the ability to be registered within 30 days required. Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred for Level 1.
• Skills: Consultative sales approach, exceptional customer service, in-depth product and service knowledge (including digital services), accurate transaction processing, and adherence to banking regulations and procedures.
• Bonus: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Previous Sales Experience preferred. College degree preferred.
