Teller I – United Community
United Community is actively seeking a Teller I to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will engage in a wide range of financial transactions and provide essential services for our valued customers. Our ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional assistance, whether it’s answering questions, addressing banking needs, or proactively identifying opportunities to introduce new or enhanced UCB products and services. Core responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing, safeguarding both bank and customer assets by adhering to established procedures, and fostering strong customer relationships through outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and effectively refer them to appropriate banking services.
- Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer with precision.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures to protect bank and customer assets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a cash handling and/or customer service role.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and credit check.

This is a full-time, non-remote position, requiring your presence at our branch location.
Salary
USD $29,309.00 – USD $39,068.00 /Yr.
