About the Role

We are seeking an early-career technology professional to join our team and grow into an Internal AI Specialist. This is a unique, high-impact opportunity for a technically strong individual eager to deepen their expertise in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies while working alongside experienced professionals in finance and technology.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as our internal Automation Specialist, AI strategist, researcher, implementation lead, and trainer. You will be instrumental in:

  • Identifying best-in-class AI platforms and tools.
  • Designing practical AI-driven workflows and solutions.
  • Helping employees, including executive leadership, leverage AI to improve productivity, decision-making, and innovation across the firm.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing internal AI-driven solutions.
  • Learning and applying modern AI/ML technologies in real-world financial applications.
  • Continuously developing technical skills with guidance from senior team members.

Location

This position is onsite in Fort Worth, TX.

Required Skills & Experience:

This is a high-impact role designed for a top academic performer:

  • 1400+ SAT or 31+ ACT score
  • 3.7+ GPA from a leading university

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Academic background in computer science, information systems, data science, or a similar technical field.
  • Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
