In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory, targeting clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. Your primary goal will be to identify and sign new clients for essential services such as payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, while also selling additional solutions to existing clients.

Daily activities will include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads from established business partners, assessing client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions, and spending your time in the field closing business. What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

  • Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Work independently and collaboratively within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and achieve sales goals.
  • Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans: Implement a targeted sales strategy to decision-makers and business owners, building a robust network and capturing new business.
  • Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts, beyond selling cloud-based human resources solutions. Beyond business, you’ll also have the opportunity to make life-long friendships.
  • Collaborate Daily: Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to your clients, internal partners, and overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and upholding the highest ethical standards.

Required Experience & Education

A college degree is valuable but not a strict requirement; having the skills to excel in the job is paramount. Acceptable alternative experiences include:

  • One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR

  • Prior quota-carrying sales experience.

Compensation & Benefits Package

The compensation for this role is USD $51,100.00 – USD $137,070.00 / Year*. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws. Base salary offers may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
