The Tone:
This is an undergraduate internship at General Atomics, located in San Diego, California. General Atomics develops high-technology systems, ranging from the nuclear fuel cycle to remotely piloted aircraft, advanced sensors, and electromagnetic systems. This role offers students studying Business Management, Supply Chain, or Acquisition a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the daily operations of an assigned functional area within a leading high-technology environment. The intern will gain practical experience and help resolve problems and develop reports.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Task Assistance: Assist in the completion of both routine and non-routine tasks within the assigned functional area.
• Problem Resolution: Apply knowledge to analyze, investigate, and help resolve operational problems.
• Report Development: Assist in developing various electronic and hard copy reports, records, diagrams, and charts.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure observance of all applicable laws, regulations, and company obligations during business operations.
• Safety Adherence: Adhere to established operating procedures and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
