As a Brand Associate, you are an integral part of the team, bringing the brand to life for customers and fostering loyalty through excellent service and product expertise. The TL;DR

• Type: Flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Mission: Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent service to drive brand loyalty and sales.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Engage and connect with customers to build brand loyalty through excellent customer service.
• Sales & Product Education: Drive sales by educating, informing, inspiring, and wardrobing customers using product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Operational Support: Support various store functions, including the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Environment Maintenance: Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center within the store.
• Issue Resolution: Handle all customer interactions, potential issues, and returns with courtesy and professionalism.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A good communicator capable of effectively interacting with customers and team members to achieve goals, and a customer-focused service provider dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience.
• Experience: Proven ability to engage with customers, utilize product knowledge to inform and inspire, and enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Skills: Effective communication and customer service; problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement; ability to utilize retail technology; physical capability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.
