What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain Table Readiness: Efficiently clear, clean, and properly reset dining tables, ensuring they are always prepared and appealing for immediate guest seating.
• Facilitate Guest Flow: Promptly prepare tables for incoming guests, a critical action for minimizing wait times and optimizing the overall dining room turnover and efficiency.
• Enhance Guest Experience: Offer sincere thanks to departing guests and extend a warm invitation for their return, actively contributing to a positive lasting impression and fostering customer loyalty.
• Support Team Operations: Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the manager on duty with a proactive attitude, ensuring the smooth and effective daily functioning of the entire restaurant.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an early career opportunity. While not strictly required, a High School diploma or GED is preferred for candidates seeking this role.
• Experience: Candidates should preferably possess a minimum of 6 months of prior experience in customer service, retail sales, or the food service industry, demonstrating a foundational understanding of guest-facing operations and fast-paced environments.
• Skills: A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with the public and fellow coworkers in a consistently friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. This role also requires exhibiting a high level of organization, maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards, and demonstrating a strong sense-of-urgency in all tasks to ensure efficient and timely service.
