This role provides the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on industry experience by supporting the site management of the rough framing process for Toll Brothers communities. You will contribute directly to ensuring the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of the construction phase prior to graduation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Site Management: Provide guidance and clear direction to framers on issue resolution.
• Delivery Coordination: Advise on material delivery optimization and coordinate issues related to material delivery.
• Performance Audit: Review framing milestone timeliness, accuracy, and material/framing quality across projects.
• Order Management: Actively participate in the acceptance and correct, timely completion of new house orders.
• Cost Analysis: Review standard and additional labor and material costs, making cost-saving recommendations to the Turnkey Manager.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Students currently enrolled in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year, majoring in construction management or a related field.
• Experience: Interest in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation.
• Skills: Knowledge of wood-framed construction, proficiency in Microsoft applications, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to read construction plans and takeoff lists.
