What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Participation: Participate in end-to-end supply chain operations, covering procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Daily Support: Support daily order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Data Analysis: Assist with data analysis and report preparation to identify process optimization opportunities.
• Cross-functional Communication: Communicate effectively across departments to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
• Project Contribution: Contribute to supply chain projects, specifically driving digitalization and automation initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career talent graduating in 2025 or 2026 with a major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong interest in the supply chain and e-commerce industries.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and English proficiency for daily work communication.
• Bonus: Native Chinese speaker preferred; experience in international supply chains is a plus.
