Job Description:

As an Applebee’s Bartender, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Mixing Outstanding Beverages: Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to established standards.
• Delivering Exceptional Service: Work collaboratively with servers to ensure the best possible drink service for guests.
• Creating a Great Bar Experience: Engage with staff and customers in a friendly manner, contributing to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar.

This role requires dedication and hard work, but also promises a great time doing it!

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old (as per state law).
• Ability to effectively communicate with others.

Physical Standards:

The health, safety, and well-being of employees are a top priority. Bartenders must meet the following physical requirements:

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods, up to four (4) hours in length.
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift (depending on business flow).
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
