What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Guest Interactions: Effectively communicate with guests via phone and in person.
• Fulfill Orders: Accurately take and deliver carside and to-go orders.
• Enhance Experience: Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Offer Recommendations: Suggest menu items to enhance the guest dining experience.
• Anticipate Needs: Proactively identify and respond to guest requirements.

• Background: Early career individual, at least 18 years old.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
