About the Role

Reliable Restorations is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist (Remote) to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in finance, accounting, or office administration. Full training is provided, and you will work closely with our accounting team to support daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, receipts, and payment requests
• Review and reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records and digital documents
• Assist with verifying vendor information and tracking payments
• Communicate with suppliers regarding billing or payment inquiries
• Support the finance team with administrative tasks and reporting
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — complete training provided
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and computer skills (training included)
• Excellent communication and organizational ability
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
