Technical Solutions Engineer – Epic Systems

Location: Madison, WI (relocation required, financial assistance provided)

About the Role: Problem-Solving with a Purpose

As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you will play a critical role in impacting the healthcare of 305 million patients globally. This position requires you to work directly with customer counterparts to resolve mission-critical and complex software issues. Your responsibilities will extend beyond basic troubleshooting, involving:

  • Diagnosing intricate problems within Epic’s software ecosystem.
  • Identifying and developing effective solutions.
  • Managing the implementation of these solutions, often across multiple physical locations and with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or greater.
  • Experience: A history of academic excellence or professional success.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
  • Work Authorization: Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
  • Health Requirement: COVID-19 vaccination.
