About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our flagship AI & Data Analytics Platform. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining and delivering product experiences that enable our customers to derive deep insights from complex datasets, predict future trends, and automate critical business processes using advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. You will act as the voice of the customer, the visionary for the product, and the unifier across engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for our AI & Data Analytics Platform, aligning it with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs, pain points, and emerging trends.
• Develop detailed product roadmaps, requirements (PRDs), and user stories with clear acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact, ensuring a strong ROI for development efforts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and UX/UI design teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of agile development, transparency, and accountability.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
• Monitor product performance, user engagement, and key metrics post-launch, iterating on the product based on data and feedback.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI, machine learning, data analytics, and relevant industry trends, educating internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates, progress, and challenges effectively to all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on AI, machine learning, or complex data analytics products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products from conception to market.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, big data technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding complex business workflows.
• Familiarity with various machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or predictive analytics.
• A deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.
