The Opportunity: Senior Product Manager, AI Solutions

TechInnovate Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our next generation of AI-powered products and features. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the future of our AI offerings, from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our customers and drive significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for AI solutions that aligns with TechInnovate’s overall business objectives and market opportunities.
• Market & Customer Insight: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather deep customer insights to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and new product opportunities within the AI landscape.
• Roadmap Development: Own and manage the AI product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and market demand.
• Product Definition: Translate high-level concepts into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications, working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, data science, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Launch & Iteration: Lead go-to-market strategies, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches. Monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and iterate to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of product excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML products or platforms.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• AI Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and development processes (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, recommendation systems).
• Product Lifecycle Management: Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, from conception to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate complex ideas into actionable product plans and roadmaps.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
• Execution: Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams and understand technical tradeoffs.
