We are a highly focused search fund committed to acquiring and operating a single, exceptional small-to-medium-sized business. It is specifically designed for ambitious undergraduate students seeking intensive, hands-on exposure to the entire lifecycle of a private equity-style acquisition.

You will delve into everything from the initial stages of investment thesis development to active sourcing, robust underwriting, and meticulous diligence. This internship provides an unparalleled opportunity to build practical investing skills and gain deep insights into the critical capital allocation decisions that drive successful private market transactions.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Contribute to the refinement and rigorous pressure-testing of our acquisition criteria, ensuring alignment with our investment thesis.
• Play a pivotal role in building our sourcing infrastructure from the ground up, establishing robust processes for identifying target businesses.
• Leverage cutting-edge agentic AI tools to automate, scale, and significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing workflows.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business fundamentals, critically assessing risks, and identifying upside potential for prospective acquisitions.
• Provide comprehensive support for various diligence workstreams and assist in the preparation of detailed investment memos.
