HomeWorks Energy is seeking hardworking Crew Members to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering significant growth opportunities within the insulation trade. The company prides itself on training and promoting team members into Crew Chiefs.
All training and certifications will be paid for by the company.

Responsibilities
- Insulating and weatherizing homes
- Using cellulose to dense pack walls
- Installing fiberglass in attics
- Air sealing attics and basements
- Installing roof vents
Requirements
- Previous insulation or light carpentry experience is preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working in confined, sometimes cluttered conditions
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation is essential
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $18 – $25 per hour (based on experience and performance)
- Commission Potential: Additional $175 per week
- Crew Chief Potential: Eligible to earn $35 – $40+ per hour in 6 months as a Crew Chief

Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Comfortable working on tall ladders and rooftops
Schedule
- Full-time
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
