About the Job: Asbestos Analyst or Dual Role
Riverside Environmental Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Asbestos Analyst or in a Dual Role. The position will predominantly focus on Asbestos Analyst duties, with a particular emphasis on air monitoring and four-stage clearance procedures.

What You Will Do
Primary Responsibilities – Asbestos Analyst (Main Focus)
- Carrying out air monitoring, reassurance testing, and four-stage clearances.
- Setting up and managing air testing equipment.
- Undertaking visual inspections of asbestos removal works.
- Producing accurate analytical reports and certification.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with HSG248 guidelines and company procedures.
- Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site teams.
Secondary Responsibilities (Supporting Role)
- Assisting with site inspections and basic asbestos-related surveys (where trained).
- Supporting senior staff with data collection and site documentation.
- Learning wider consultancy processes to support career development.
Who You Are
- BHOS P403 and P404 certified or possess the RSPH equivalent qualifications. A P402 or equivalent is required for the dual role.
- Experience with the TEAMS asbestos management system.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organised, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Hold a Full UK driving license.
