We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team as Sales and Marketing Entry Level. The ideal candidate is someone seeking hands-on experience, working directly with people, and growth in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for generating new sales through direct marketing campaigns. You’ll focus on engaging customers face-to-face to increase brand visibility and support our clients’ sales and promotional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and marketing campaigns within retail partner locations
• Engage customers face-to-face to promote products, services, and brand initiatives
• Support new customer acquisition and sales conversion efforts
• Represent client brands through professional communication and consistent messaging
• Provide customer support and account assistance to maintain positive brand experiences
• Track customer interactions and communicate updates with internal sales and marketing teams
• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and marketing strategy

Qualifications

• Background in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or marketing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in customer-facing environments
• Interest in sales, marketing, and customer acquisition
• Team-oriented with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting
