Position: Counter Sales Representative

Ferguson is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill an immediate need for a Counter Sales Representative.

Position Details:

• Location: Onsite – Conyers, GA
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to customers, guiding them to the best products to fit their specific needs.
• Process customer orders efficiently using our order management system.
• Operate cash registers accurately and adhere to established cash handling procedures.
• Prepare and stage orders meticulously for customer pick-up.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and uphold merchandising standards as advised.
• Ensure merchandise is promptly restocked and organized in its designated areas.
• Maintain a safe working environment, including consistent use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of products is preferred.
• General digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, is required.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• General math skills necessary for accurate cash accounting.
• A strong ability to learn is a must-have!
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $15.00 – $21.68 per hour

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
