Job Summary

We are seeking highly experienced finance professionals to join a cutting-edge AI project in collaboration with one of the world’s top research labs. This unique opportunity involves leveraging your deep financial expertise to craft high-quality finance problems and their corresponding “golden” solutions. Your contributions will be crucial in training and assessing advanced AI systems. We encourage applications from experts across diverse finance backgrounds, including corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, and consulting. This is a project-based engagement, expected to last 15-30 days, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Design challenging, domain-relevant finance tasks spanning multiple specializations.
• Write accurate, comprehensive, and well-structured solutions to complex finance tasks.
• Develop clear, consistent, and logical reasoning flows that support the solutions.
• Ensure the clarity, correctness, and strict alignment of all content with professional finance standards.
• Provide detailed written feedback or clarification notes where necessary to enhance problem and solution quality.

Who We’re Looking For

• Field of study: Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Business, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a finance-focused role, such as investment banking, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Big Four accounting firms, or finance consulting.
• Financial Expertise: A strong grasp of key financial concepts is essential, including but not limited to discounted cash flow (DCF), financial modeling, capital structure, working capital management, and ROI/IRR analysis.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written communication abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with problem design methodologies or technical writing is a plus.
