Compensation & Benefits:

About the Internship Experience:
From day one, as a paid intern, you will immerse yourself in learning what it takes to operate a successful business, acquiring highly marketable management skills. Enterprise’s university/college interns face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals, working in a supportive, team-based environment where peers are always available to help you learn, grow, and enjoy the experience.

Responsibilities:
Joining the Management Internship Program means embracing a dynamic role where every day presents new, exciting, rewarding, and often unexpected opportunities. You will be placed at the core of operations, similar to Management Trainees, and will develop essential skills in:

• Fleet Management: Managing a fleet of vehicles.
• Customer Service: Providing exceptional care to customers.
• Marketing Strategy: Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with both customers and coworkers.

During the internship, you will apply these skills to complete dedicated intern projects and engage in friendly competitions with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Must be graduating by May 2027.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (e.g., DWI/DUI).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
