About the Internship Role:
Internships at ConnectOne Bank offer a paid working experience to college students across various departments. While interns work within individual departments, they also collaborate on group projects, providing a comprehensive overview of careers in the banking field. We seek dynamic, energetic interns eager to learn by assisting multiple departments. Interns will conduct research, capture data, and attend meetings to gain insights into diverse aspects of the banking industry.

Highlights from Previous Summer Programs:

• Participation in various networking events.
• Engagement in “Departmental Overview and Interview” sessions covering a range of business and development topics.
• Involvement in community service by partnering with ConnectOne Bank’s Not-for-Profit organizations.

Specific Experience for Finance Interns:
Interns joining our Finance team will gain valuable experience, including:

• Supporting technical and analytical efforts to enhance the quality, reliability, and usefulness of reporting and data, guided by subject matter experts.
• Developing an understanding of processes and procedures, and contributing to recommendations for potential enhancements and efficiencies.
• Supporting technical and analytical efforts to improve the quality, reliability, and usefulness of data.
• Developing a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the banking industry, encompassing client interactions and internal cohesion across all functional departments.

Program Details:

• Program Dates: May 28th, 2026, through August 7th, 2026.
• Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours or more weekly. Attendance is crucial for maximizing the internship experience.
• Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
• Travel: Travel to branches, corporate offices, and community events will be required.

Compensation:
$20/Hour
