We are actively seeking talented Engineer Interns to join our dynamic team. As an Engineer Intern, you will play a vital role in propelling technology advancement and ensuring product success. You will collaborate closely with both internal and external teams across every stage of technology research, hardware and software design, and development, contributing significantly to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in Technology Research & Development (R&D), including specification design, and product software and hardware design and development.
  • Engage across all stages of the R&D lifecycle, from algorithm design and specification development to hardware and software design, prototyping, data analysis, and other essential product development tasks.
  • Apply an industrial customer-centric methodology to technology and product development. This involves deeply understanding customer requirements, identifying key features to meet their essential needs, and designing products that exceed customer expectations.
  • Design specifications, algorithms, and system architectures, continuously evaluating and improving designs to ensure all technological requirements are met. Uphold product quality through collaborative teamwork and strict adherence to established development procedures and workflows.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with both internal team members and external partners across all phases, from algorithm and hardware/software design to testing, manufacturing, and customer support, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to optimize products in alignment with industrial standards. Work with customer support and marketing teams to identify key issues and implement necessary improvements based on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A degree in BS/MS/PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other closely related Engineering and Science fields.
  • Professional & Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability in teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, adherence to procedures, strong learning agility, adaptability, multitasking, and effective prioritization.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, a high level of motivation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in delivering high-quality technology and products that achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Hardware & Signal Processing Expertise: Hands-on experience with FPGA/DSP implementation of signal processing and wireless receiver algorithms. Proficiency in hardware timing analysis, block-level, and system-level hardware design, coupled with practical experience in hardware-software integrations.
  • Wireless System Hardware Implementation: Practical experience in wireless system hardware implementation, including PHY transceiver development, hardware-software integration, and hardware product prototyping and validation.
  • Programming & Simulation: Proficiency in programming and simulation for the evaluation of wireless communication system receiver algorithms. Skilled in coding on simulation platforms to rigorously evaluate critical receiver algorithms in collaboration with hardware engineering teams.
  • Wireless System Knowledge (5G Focus): In-depth knowledge and understanding of wireless system technologies, specifically 5G, encompassing areas such as channel estimation, signal detection, multi-antenna systems, channel coding, beamforming techniques, and wireless positioning methods.
  • Wireless Principles & Theoretical Foundations: Solid understanding of wireless system principles and general design guidelines. Possess strong mathematical and theoretical capabilities relevant to receiver algorithm design and evaluation, including probability, detection and estimation theory, matrix theory, and parameter optimization.
  • Industry Standards: Familiarity with the technologies and specifications of mainstream wireless systems, including 3GPP 5G and LTE, O-RAN specifications, and IEEE 802.11 series specifications.
