Overview of the 2026 Summer Internship Program:
The Capstone 2026 Summer Internship is an intensive 10-week program designed to provide hands-on experience and significant learning opportunities. Interns will be entrusted with a specific project that is both highly educational and a direct value-add to the business. The program culminates with interns presenting their completed project to Capstone’s senior leadership team.

We are actively seeking bright, curious, and motivated candidates to join our diverse investment pods for this summer internship. Throughout the summer, interns will gain invaluable exposure to various investment strategies and complete a meaningful project. Potential investment pod placements include:

• Sovereign Rates Relative Value
• Global Equity Volatility
• Quantitative
• Convertible Bond Arbitrage
• Equity Capital Markets
• And more

Our Future Colleague Has These Essential Skills:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as:
  • Economics
  • Econometrics
  • Finance
  • Applied Mathematics
  • Statistics
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java
• A fast learner with the ability to contribute effectively from day one
• Possesses a strong team-player mentality
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical members of the broader team
• Previous experience at a financial firm is preferred

The applicable hourly range for this role is $29.00 – $40.00/hr USD. The specific hourly pay offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
