Available Internship Positions:

1. CBS Sports Production Internship

The CBS Sports Production Department oversees all production for live shows and games on CBS Sports and CBS Sports Network. The Production Intern will report to the VP of Remote Production.

Intern Responsibilities:

  • Observing event and studio production.
  • Helping log footage for edit sessions.
  • Performing research as needed.
  • Overall helping out with production planning for the Fall 2026 season.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in a future in sports production is a necessity.
  • Experience in television, radio or other journalism outlets (newspaper/print, social media, etc).
  • Passionate about sports.

2. CBS Sports Production Management & Operations Intern

The CBS Sports Production Management Internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working in the fast-paced, exciting world of sports television operations. Interns will work closely with CBS Sports’ production management team, assisting with the coordination and execution of live events, studio shows, and special projects.

Intern Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning the logistics and coordination for live sports broadcasts.
  • Help organize transportation and accommodations for crew during remote broadcasts.
  • Aid in the preparation of daily or weekly call sheets and production schedules.
  • Provide on-site operational assistance during local live sports events, studio shows, and special projects.

General Eligibility & Program Requirements:

  • Academic Standing: Internships are available to students who will be Seniors or Master’s students in the fall of 2026. If you are a graduating Senior, please check our website for full-time job opportunities.
  • Availability: You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
  • Location: Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program. Paramount does not provide financial relocation support or housing stipends.
  • Compensation: Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate of $20.00 (school credit is optional).
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
