Position Summary:
As an IT Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work on real-world projects and directly contribute to the innovative technology solutions that drive our business forward. Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project development.
• Create and maintain documentation for technology projects and processes.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
• Learn and utilize software and tools relevant to the job.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Execute tasks and projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Recommend improvements that simplify business processes and reduce costs.
• Monitor and respond to daily support tickets and calls.

Position Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship program.
• Pursuing an associate’s degree or higher in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics, or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
