Position Summary:
As an IT Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work on real-world projects and directly contribute to the innovative technology solutions that drive our business forward. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a genuine passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project development.
- Create and maintain documentation for technology projects and processes.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
- Learn and utilize software and tools relevant to the job.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Execute tasks and projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Recommend improvements that simplify business processes and reduce costs.
- Monitor and respond to daily support tickets and calls.
Position Requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship program.
- Pursuing an associate’s degree or higher in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics, or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
